If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order to explore your refund options.
Returns
You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, products must be in their original condition—unused, unmodified, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and included accessories. Your order confirmation number is also required.

How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email support@deaming.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: We will email you a prepaid shipping label to attach to your package.
- Send It Back: Follow the provided instructions to return your item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered by us.
- All other returns (e.g., change of mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days using your original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, special orders cannot be canceled or refunded once shipped.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
